Well I got my little filly on May 5th. Annalea is the 4th foal we have adopted from LCC and she is on her way to becoming a member of our farm family. We made the 4hr. trip home with no problems, Annalea slept most of the way and only sat, and I say sat, up to take a good long drink of milk about 1/2 way home. She is now in quarantine and hates it, she is a talker and everyone is curious about her. She definetly has opinions about getting her butt cleaned and having her temp. taken, but loves the scratches that go along with it.
I left the first foal we adopted with Victoria and crew at LCC at the same time. Cinnaman has been donated back to LCC as a fund raiser for them and I hope he brings them LOTS of money. Cinni is a sweet boy. big, but very sweet. More information about him on their website. It was very hard saying goodby to him, but he needs a forever person, and LCC needs the money.
